G&A has completed permitting and design of residential subdivision projects from Williamstown to Great Barrington to Greenfield. Projects range from feasibility studies through design and permitting to construction administration. We have completed analyses for land development of all types including affordable housing under Chapter 40B, cluster development, PURD development, traditional subdivisions with conventional lot sizes to large scale estate building lots. Because the staff at G&A holds licenses in all areas of land development and construction, we handle everything from perc testing and wetland permitting to preparation of recordable survey plans through project completion. Sweet Farm Road (shown above) is an upscale residential subdivision in Williamstown. The original project consisted of seven lots; an additional twelve are currently under construction. Shown below, is the site plan for fifteen estate lots nearing completion in Great Barrington.

Over the past decade laws protecting wetland resource areas have become increasingly environmentally sensitive. This has resulted in an increased need for bridge design and construction. G&A has undertaken many bridge design projects in both the public and private sectors. Projects have included new bridge designs as well as replacement bridge decks on existing structures.
