Guntlow & Associates offers residential design services to include preparation of design development level drawings for the floor plans and elevations, window and door schedules, finishes and details. We prepare the required energy calculations for the building permit, framing and structural plans and foundation design.
We will coordinate with the Builder to prepare and obtain a building permit, and will be available as desired throughout the construction process.
Also, should the proponent be interested in obtaining LEED Certification, we offer this service in residential design.
