Vacation Village of the Berkshires is a timeshare resort development in Hancock, MA. For this project, we utilized all of our disciplines, including the resources of CA Services. From initial site survey, to civil and environmental engineering of the wastewater treatment and water supply systems, to building architecture, playground and pool design, all aspects of this project were handled by our diverse staff.
While the resort is currently open, there are still several buildings to be completed. Upon full build-out, the project will consist of 32 buildings, with 296 units, 9100 LF of roadway, an indoor and outdoor pool, clubhouse and playground. It has its own on-site wastewater treatment plant and public water supply. CA Services, for which we are the parent company, is the licensed operator for the facility, responsible for daily oversight, maintenance, repairs and reporting to DEP.
