We have been working with Jiminy Peak since our company’s inception. Our work has included everything from site survey to implementation of their master plan. Shown is the Village Center at Jiminy Peak. Phase I, completed in 2003, included the construction of the Welcome Center and Children’s Center, both of which included a residential component. Phase II, completed in 2004, included the Ski Patrol Building which also housed residential units. Phase III, completed in 2007, entails a new ski lodge and 16 residential condominiums. For each of these, Guntlow & Associates did the building designs, site planning and permitting as well as construction administration.
