This project, currently out for pricing, is the redevelopment of a 9 acre former mill site on Water Street. A mixed use development, the project entails eighty two (82) condominiums, 14% of which will be considered affordable. Working in conjunction with Finegold Alexander & Associates, G&A’s responsibilities include site planning, permitting and construction documents, including, but not limited to site layout, landscaping, lighting, stormwater management, sewage disposal and water distribution.
